Opening of Canberra Office
The office will be officially opened by the Commonwealth Attorney
General, the Honourable Robert McClelland in a ceremony at old
Parliament House. Canberra is the 10th office for Turner Freeman.
The
firm was founded by Roy Turner in 1952 but it was not until 1988 that
the second full time office was opened in Parramatta. It was a few
years before the firm changed an interview office in Wollongong into a
full time presence. In 1999 the firm expanded interstate opening in
Brisbane. Then followed Newcastle in 2001 and our second interstate
office in Adelaide in 2003. Cairns was opened in 2006. In 2008 the
firm opened in Ipswich and Maroochydore.
Now, this year we are proud to
open in Canberra.
The firm looks forward to bringing its years of litigation and
commercial experience to clients in the Australian Capital Territory.
It also will now be able to provide better service to existing clients
with issues in the ACT.
