Flight attendant wins legal challenge

A New South Wales woman has been awarded nearly $140,000 in compensation after developing a respiratory problem during her work as a flight attendant. Features Turner Freeman's Tanya Segelov saying, This is the first judgment in the world in a common law court where an airline's been held to have acted negligently in relation to their former air crew, in relation to exposing them to fumes and smoke onboard aircraft.
